I started writing about food in 1996 with my first website - LA Jimmy's Ultimate Dining Guide. This was when I first worked for a short lived Internet firm in Los Angeles - Emagine Studios. This foray was my hobbie at the time. I used Frontpage to build the site. These listings are so old that some of these establishments are no longer here. Some have changed names or closed.
