Four Seasons Hotel Kona, Hawaii







The appetizer was a lobster ravioli with red pepper sauce. Great concept, but missing a kick. The asparagus salad was blanched perfectly, but needed a bit more dressing drizzled. Main course consisted of mahi mahi, braised short ribs (wow!!!), and wasabi mashed potato (can't go wrong). Good job plating. Worth it if you want to dine at a fabulous resort with excellent service and beautiful views, otherwise ask the locals where to get good grub.
